I'm a person enthusiastic about living life, contributing as much as possible to the society, and creating awareness amongst the general populace. I've been passionate about cooking since I was 12 years old, and I used to experiment various recipes in the kitchen. Some of them failed in first try, whereas the others used to turn out great. The only thing that remained constant was my interest in cooking and collecting recipes from magazines, TV channels, from parents, relatives, and other sources. for my higher studies, I undertook admission in Bachelor's degree program in Food science and technology at G.B. Pant University of Agriculture and Technology, Pantnagar, Uttarakhand, India. To cater my interest further, I decided to create awareness regarding the science and technology behind foods with the help of several social media platforms and my website food techno science. I wish to take this journey to new heights in future and let it be a useful resource to professionals and non-professionals connected with food in one way or the other.
